Mr. Howard Gosling has now replaced Dr. Bruce Osborne on the British Standards Institute (BSI) Spa Services Committee representing BISA. The role of the committee is to participate in the debate on international standardisation for aspects of the spa industry. The International Secretariat ISO has recently decided to concentrate work on medical spas, particularly those specialising in water based therapies and treatments. Mr. Gosling is the Honorary Secretary of BISA and is a well known figure in the field of water safety and hygiene.
